Wilde was made in support of mothers who have experienced loss during pregnancy. The rainbow colors are a tribute to the 'rainbow babies' that followed--they give us hope. 🌈 A portion of the proceeds from the sales of Wilde Ring Sling are donated to March of Dimes for continued research, advocacy, and education.
  • Suitable for babywearing from 8 lbs to 35 lbs.
  • Handwoven in Guatemala and sewn in the USA.
  • Leeloo slings have been tested and conform to ASTM F2907, the Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Sling Carriers. Our rings are 100% aluminum and have been tested and conform to CPSIA regulations.

100% cotton ring sling baby carrier with Ikat design. Handwoven by our Artisan partners in Guatemala using a slow, time-honored process.

Handwoven means each sling is unique. Variations are to be expected and celebrated.

Our dyes are all certified low impact according to the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. Our dyes are gentle for sensitive skin and gentle for the environment.
Leeloo slings come in two sizes. Our standard length sling is 78" and our long length sling is 90". The standard length fits most wearers, and the long length fits plus size and taller wearers. See our sizing guide for reference.

We recommend hand-washing or using a delicate cycle. Unthread the length from the rings. Use cold water to avoid shrinking or fading. Also, please use liquid detergent that is free of optical brighteners or softener. After washing, lay flat or line dry. You can also hot iron if desired.

The artisans of the Guatemalan highlands create some of the loveliest textiles. The variety of color and patterns reveals a range of weaving techniques rooted in ancient traditions. Your purchase supports them economically, while allowing them to preserve their traditions.

Historically, these artisans have faced low wages and discrimination. Leeloo exists to provide consistent economic opportunity for artisans. All of our weavers work from their homes, on their own schedules, and set their own wages. Your purchase allows these weavers to support their families and gives them access to educational resources to develop new skills.

Leeloo is strongly committed to ethical trade and fair trade principles. Fair trade encourages companies to embrace corporate social responsibility, particularly as it relates to making products in developing countries. Examples include paying fair wages to our artisans, supporting marginalized communities, and minimizing our environmental impact.

As a new company, Leeloo is not yet eligible for membership with the major fair trade organizations, but that doesn't mean that we don't incorporate fair and ethical trade practices into our business. For Leeloo, fair and ethical trade is a way of life. It means that we pre-vet and actively monitor our supply chain to ensure that they adhere to the Fair Trade Federation's Fair Trade Principles. It also means that we go out of our way to ensure that we're leaving a positive impact on the communities with which we trade.

Discover The Perfect Ring Sling

Meticulously Crafted for Babywearing

Every part of the sling was painstakingly designed to ensure the best babywearing experience including the ply of threads, the weave of the fabric, and the finish of the rings. The result is a high quality ring sling that is easy to adjust, requires no breaking in, and will never slip in the rings over time.

Effortless Support

The handwoven fabric in Leeloo Slings is designed to provide a seemingly effortless babywearing experience. This will be the most weightless your baby has felt while slinging.

Excellent Breathability

The weave of the fabric was carefully selected to allow air to circulate through the weave, and the cotton thread wicks moisture away from you and baby. The result is a ring sling with excellent breathability.

Soft to the Touch

We tested many cotton threads to find the softest one for you and baby. Unlike other slings that feel stiff at first, Leeloo Slings require no breaking in.
